Andrew built his reputation on the general contractor side of the industry, where his meticulous approach to takeoffs and deep familiarity with bidding platforms — most notably HeavyBid — consistently produced winning bids on competitive public works projects. Throughout his career he has worked alongside and built relationships with countless public agencies, from county public works departments to regional utility authorities and beyond.
